Carlo's Bakery

Yesterday morning the sales team didn't start knocking until about 12:30 pm. This means that we had all morning to do whatever we wanted. {Without getting bugged by phone calls!} We decided to go to Carlo's Bakery! We arrived there around 10:30am and didn't get out of there until 11:45am. We got there RIGHT as the line started to form outside of the shop. We had to fully take a number and wait outside. We ended up getting all sorts of stuff like Lobster Tails (like a crescent filled with cream), sugar cookies, shortbread cookies, and cannoli's. Here's a pic right as we were ordering our goods...

Well after all of the waiting we had to do, we expected our treats to be excellent. Unfortunately, we were kind of disappointed. Sad. I know. They were kind of dry. I think we threw away half of our $30 purchase. Oh well. I'm sad that the famous bakery let us down. We are hoping to find a good bakery in a town near us. Wish us luck!
